The Girlfriend Translator project, conceived as a satirical commentary on sexism, embodies something deliberately absurd and highlights why such a tool should never genuinely exist or be used. It uses a chatbot to provide exaggerated, humorous responses to relationship queries, purposely emphasising the folly and impracticality of sexist attitudes. Far from being a serious solution, it’s a thought-provoking exploration into the absurdity of gender clichés.
